AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

Join our AI team to develop and fine-tune the intelligent agents that power our platform. You'll work on cutting-edge LLM applications, prompt engineering, and AI system architecture.

What You'll Do

• Develop and fine-tune AI agents for various business domains
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance
• Optimize model inference for production systems
• Research and integrate new AI capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering
• Understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures
• Experience deploying ML models in production

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques
• Background in business or finance domains
• Publications in AI/ML conferences
