What counts as an agent execution?
An agent execution is counted each time you run an AI agent to generate an output. This includes any document generation, analysis, or report creation. Viewing previous outputs doesn't count as an execution.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can process ACH bank transfers for annual enterprise contracts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Our Free plan gives you 10 executions per month to try the platform. For paid plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.
Do executions roll over?
Unused executions from your monthly allocation don't roll over. However, purchased top-up executions never expire and can be used anytime.
What's included in the bundles?
Department bundles include all agents within that business function (e.g., all Strategy agents). Each bundle tier (Essentials, Professional, Enterprise) includes different output depths, templates, and support levels.
