Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered business advisory tools. You'll work on challenging problems at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and user experience.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable full-stack features using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate intelligent features into our platform
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering
• Strong understanding of database design (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML integration
• Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets)
• Contributions to open-source projects
