About the Role

Provide technical support to our customers. You'll troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, and help customers get the most out of our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer support tickets and inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs
  • Create and maintain support documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering team
  • Identify patterns and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of technical support experience
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written communication
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with SaaS products

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML applications
  • Knowledge of APIs and integrations
  • Multiple language skills
