How to upgrade your TAG Platform subscription

When to Upgrade
Consider upgrading your plan when you:
- Regularly run out of credits before month end
- Need access to advanced agents or features
- Want to add team members
- Require priority support
How to Upgrade
- Go to Billing → Current Plan
- Click "View Available Plans"
- Compare features and select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Prorated Billing
When you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new credits are available immediately.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You'll keep access to your current plan until then.
