What is SOC 2?
SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) is a compliance framework developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) that specifies how organizations should manage customer data based on five "trust service principles."
The Five Trust Principles
- Security - Protection against unauthorized access
- Availability - System availability for operation
- Processing Integrity - System processing is complete and accurate
- Confidentiality - Information designated as confidential is protected
- Privacy - Personal information is collected and used appropriately
Our Certification
TAG Platform maintains SOC 2 Type II certification, which means our security controls have been independently audited and verified to be operating effectively over time.
